Frequently Asked Questions

Legitimacy & Trust

Why is the GOLDN Digital domain relatively new?

The goldndigital.io domain was registered in November 2025, and token sales launched February 2, 2026. The parent company, Digix Inc., was incorporated in Delaware in 2024 — over a year before the public-facing website went live. Domain age alone does not determine legitimacy; corporate filings, registered entities, and verifiable partnerships do.

Is GOLDN Digital a scam?

GOLDN Digital is a commercial gold offtake program operated by registered corporate entities. Digix Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, USA. Digix Holding Inc. is registered in Panama. Mining operations are conducted through Digix Reyes Mining S.A. in Bolivia. The refinery partner, Metalor Technologies SA, is LBMA-accredited. All facts can be independently verified through external registries linked on the Verification page.

How can I verify GOLDN Digital's claims?

Visit the Verification & Transparency page for step-by-step instructions with direct links to the Delaware Division of Corporations, Registro Público de Panamá, Bolivia's mining authority (AJAM), the LBMA Good Delivery List, and SEC EDGAR.

Corporate Structure

What is the corporate structure behind GOLDN Digital?

Four entities: (1) Digix Inc. (Delaware) — parent, (2) Digix Holding Inc. (Panama, dba GoldnDigital) — operator, (3) Digix Equipment Trust (Delaware) — independent trust holding mining equipment, (4) Digix Reyes Mining S.A. (Bolivia) — mining operations.

What is the Equipment Trust?

A Delaware-incorporated trust that reinvests approximately 75% of the down payment into mining equipment that directly accelerates gold extraction and delivery. It holds legal title to all equipment independently from operating entities, providing bankruptcy-remote protection while ensuring your funds actively work toward expediting your gold.

Who is Philip Falcone?

Founder and CEO. Co-founded Harbinger Capital Partners in 2001 ($26B AUM peak, $11B returns during 2007-2008 crisis). Early backer of Fortescue Metals Group. Founded HRG Inc. (NYSE: SPB) and HC2 Inc. (NASDAQ: VATE). 30+ years in commodities and capital markets.

Mining Operations

Where does the gold come from?

Six concessions in La Paz Department, Bolivia: Iglesiani, Maripani, Flor, 6 de Agosto, Tora, Colosal (~9,758 acres). Previously artisanally mined for 20-30 years. Gold grade: 4-8 g/t, up to 12 g/t in high-grade zones.

Why Bolivia?

Critical minerals central to national economic policy. Government supports domestic gold production. 40-50 person local team with 15-20 years experience. Co-op controlled concessions unsuitable for major mining companies.

Pricing & Payment

How does the forward pricing model work?

Fixed at $1,550/oz in two stages: Stage 1 down payment $395/oz (25.5%) at subscription, Stage 2 deferred payment $1,155/oz (74.5%) within 60 days of delivery notice. Minimum subscription: 5,000 tokens ($98.75 down payment).

Is there a refund guarantee?

Yes. If delivery is not made by the Longstop Delivery Date (12 months from mining commencement), subscribers receive a pro-rata refund of down payment, backed by corporate guarantee.

Delivery & Settlement

When will gold be delivered?

Target 10-12 months. Mining begins May 2026, first doré July 2026, first vault delivery August 2026, final delivery (49,000 oz) May 2027. All timelines are estimates.

How do I receive my gold?

Elect either: (a) physical delivery of LBMA Good Delivery bars via Brinks at Company expense, or (b) allocated vault storage with title in your name. Both include full chain-of-custody documentation.
